4月28日至30日，IEEE Computer Society Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Standards Committee Plenary Meeting & IEEE P3200 Series Standards Working Group Meeting 在江苏省苏州市举行，新一代标准化研究院张镇博士、尹旭作为专家代表参加此次会议，并就区块链访问控制、跨链事务一致性互操作、数据资产交换、区块链系统测试等6项国际标准的草案修订与国际专家同行进行了深入研讨，制定了下一步国际标准工作推进的行动计划。后续我院将联合中国电子技术标准化研究院、浙江大学、蚂蚁集团、趣联科技等企事业单位共同完善IEEE P3200系列国际标准，积极发挥我院在标准化领域的专业优势，进一步提高我省区块链行业在国际标准领域的话语权，促进行业高质量发展，在国际标准化的舞台上发出山东声音。

IEEE组织已有130余年历史，在全球160多个国家拥有42万多名会员，是全球最大的专业技术组织，致力于鼓励技术创新，为人类谋福祉。在电气及电子工程、计算机及控制技术领域，IEEE组织撰写并公开发表的文献占据全球顶级科技文献总数的1/3。随着电子信息和其他相关技术的不断发展和演进，IEEE也将其关注点不断扩充至其他新兴领域，引领新技术发展步伐，积极推动航空航天、生物科技、计算机工程、新能源、地理信息系统、神经网络、无线通信等高科技领域的技术发展。IEEE还是世界领先的标准制定机构，作为全球最有影响力的标准组织之一，IEEE已经发布了包括著名的WiFi、蓝牙在内的1300个国际标准，另有917个国际标准正在制定中。

IEEE P3200系列国际标准是IEEE C/BDL下首批立项的15项区块链和分布式记账技术相关国际标准，涵盖互操作、数字资产、存证、治理、测试、人才培养等多个方向。其中，P3207 国际标准指的是《Standard for Blockchain-based Digital Asset Identification》，该标准建立了加密资产分类及识别的方法和实践、数字资产交易所模式建立标准等内容，并提出了数字资产识别规范。IEEE C/BDL P3200 系列国际标准包括如下：
